GemRyx ("I", "me", "my", or "Developer") built the mobile games/applications (the "Apps" or "Services") as Free/Freemium apps. This SERVICE is provided by GemRyx at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. As an individual developer, I do not actively collect or store personal data (such as your real name, address, or email) on my own servers unless you voluntarily contact me for support.
However, the Apps do use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Our Apps use Google AdMob as a primary ad network. AdMob uses advertising IDs (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA) and cookies to serve ads based on your prior usage of our Apps or other apps. You can opt-out of personalized advertising by visiting your device's settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS).
We use Google Firebase and related Google services to understand how our Apps are used, improve performance and gameplay experience, diagnose crashes, deliver configuration updates, and measure marketing campaigns. Depending on the product and your settings, Firebase may process information such as device identifiers, app version, general usage events, coarse location derived from IP, and technical diagnostics.
This processing is performed by Google on our behalf and is subject to Google's policies. For details, see the Firebase Privacy and Security information and Google Privacy Policy. You may be able to limit certain data collection through your device or account settings where the platform allows.
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app, I (through third-party products) collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
If any of your data is collected by the third-party services integrated into our Apps (such as game progress or analytics), and you wish to request the deletion of your data, you can do so by contacting me directly at the email provided below. Alternatively, you can clear app data locally from your device's settings.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do the necessary actions.
